Composite Products and Felt Composites

Felt composites and composite products represent a class of products that are constructed by blending fibers with various properties or combining layers of different materials. As a result, composite products provide unique, multi-functional characteristics and/or enhanced performance values that otherwise could not be obtained as a single component. US Felt’s process is capable of manufacturing composites either through blending fibers, needling materials together or combining them through a lamination process. These can be made as dual or multi-layer composites. Composite products are typically called upon for enhanced durability, filtration, insulation, impact-resistance, fluid control, comfort, and health & safety protection along with an array of other possibilities.
